ALUMINUM GROOVED FITTINGS
Shur-Fit Products’ Aluminum Grooved Fittings are manufactured from 1100 aluminum alloy in .024″ thickness. The aluminium includes a moisture barrier on the interior and a clear coating on the exterior to protect it from oxidation and corrosion. Therefore, they are typically installed outdoors, perfect for those environments and applications where PVC will melt or become brittle.
The Aluminum Grooved Fittings are made in two pre-formed matching halves to cover 90’s, 45’s, Tees, and Couplings.
SMALL DIAMETER FITTINGS
The Small Diameter Fittings from Shur-Fit are manufactured from 1100 series aluminum alloy in .024″ thickness.
They are available to fit 90° and 45° elbows, and tees.
Each fitting is made up of two pressed aluminum pieces, for outside diameters as small as 1 ⅛”.
For extra protection, the exterior and interior of the fittings are protected with a factory polyester moisture barrier.
SMALL DIAMETER JACKETING
We manufacture our Small Diameter Jacketing from 3000 series aluminum alloy in .016″ thickness.
Supplied in a UV resistant, smooth finish aluminum in sizes that are available from 1 3/8″ to 2 7/8″ maximum outside diameter.
