ENGINEERED VALVES

With a Certified Engineer Technologist employed full-time, Shur-Fit is able to create a custom mould for any sized or shaped valve. We fabricate butt-joint and tongue-and-groove for a fast and easy installation.

The valves we insulate include Parker, Danfoss, Hansen and many others. And we are able to do T, Y and angle valves.


ENGINEERED TANK HEAD VESSELS

Shur-Fit Products is able to custom design and fabricate insulation for engineered tank head vessels. The finished product fits precisely to each job's specifications to create a fast and easy installation.

The tank head vessel is insulated by covering the head with numbered segments of insulation that will fit around for a contoured fit. This replaces the old trial-and-error method of field cutting all the blocks around the head. With Shur-Fit, you save time and money, and never have to worry about product waste.

Each engineered tank head vessel order also comes complete with a visual instruction manual to make the job that much quicker and easier for the insulator.

Shur-Fit is able to cover any type of tank head vessel. These include:
- 2:1 Elliptical
- ASME Flanged and Dished
- Conical or Toriconical
- Hemispherical
- Single Radius


All engineered valves and vessels are made from either Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) or TRYMER® and conform to ASTM C-450 and C-585.
