Shur-Fit Products Aluminum Insulation Fitting Covers are supplied in two precision formed matching halves. They provide an excellent protective finish for exterior and interior pipe insulation and are designed to provide outstanding performance in either hot or cold service.
Manufactured from 1100 Aluminum alloy in .020” thickness, the fittings can be used on long and short radius, butt weld, socket weld, and screwed pipe elbow covers to fit sizes from 1/2” - 12” Iron Pipe Size, inclusive.
A factory applied moisture retarder coating is applied to the interior for resistance to electrolytic degradation, and a clear coating is applied to the exterior for corrosion protection.
Stucco Embossed Aluminum Elbows are also available as an alternative to the standard smooth finish.
